Lakshmi Brand provides support through multiple channels, such as email, phone, live chat via whatsapp or social media. We have a dedicated support team to respond to queries and resolve issues promptly.
Response time
We have a defined response time for customer queries, which could range from a few hours to 5 business working days according to the nature of the queries
Hours of operation
Monday to Friday 10.00 am to 17:00 is our operating hours which customers can expect to receive support.
